TCI for Schools (TCIS)
TCI for Schools is based on the TCI Edition 6 curriculum but has been revised for schools to reflect "school friendly" TCI language and scenarios and to address implementation issues inherent in schools. Topics include the role of classroom instruction in crisis prevention, activities, and routines that satisfy and meet needs; caring community development; developing individual crisis management plans for students; and developing physical restraint policies and infrastructure appropriate for schools.
